Following documents are required for completing the admission process

Self Attested Xerox copies of the below documents:

  • Complete all sections carefully. The incomplete forms hall not be accepted. The form should be duly signed by parents.
  • Download the form and paste the picture of both the parents and child.
  • Birth Certificate of the child.
  • Copy of the Aadhar card of both the parents and child.
  • Residence proof of permanent and correspondence address.
  • Final Report card of last two years (Class II Upwards) of the child.
  • Parents work-proof (visiting card)
  • Two latest passport size coloured photographs.
  • Transfer Certificate (from Class II onwards).
  • Please write the preferred stream (Science, Commerce, Humanities) in capital letters along with the Class. (applicable only for class XI)
  • Results of 1st Term and Half-Yearly/Pre-Boards to be attached.(Applicable only for class XI)
